If you haven’t checked out our workshop section of our website recently, here are a couple of NEW events we have in the pipeline which may be of interest to you or someone you know

Knit Night

Knit Night offers you a chance to come and have a natter whilst working on your knitting or crochet  projects with a group of people sharing your interest It’s £2  to drop by and you don’t have to book, but please note, this isn’t a taught workshop, so you’ll have to bring your own project with you. It will be held in Woodview Reataurant so you can drop by, chill out and have a good yarn?!

Dates

Knits Night begins Thursday 21st November and runs from 7pm to 9pm Weekly.

Cost

£2 each week

Handmade Christmas – Kids Learn to Sew –  Appliqué Stocking

You can choose to embellish and decorate it anyway you like – even stitch your name onto it!

During the workshop you will work on

• Cutting skills
• Basic sewing skills
• Appliqué
• How to make Pompons

Note – Suitable for children aged 6 years and older

Your Tutor – Charlene McKinstry

I am passionate about sewing and anything creative and love passing my skills on with others.

Boys and Girls will have an opportunity to write a letter to Santa at these workshops.
